the power button isn't working on my Samsung Galaxy 9

I was watching a YouTube video. All of a sudden my phone shut off and so I figured it needed to charge. It's been on the charger 10 min and I can't power it up. Brand new phone!

Ten whole minutes? If it ran out of battery, it will take half an hour of precharge before it even starts to charge. Leave it plugged in for at least an hour before trying to turn it on again. (And remember, completely draining the battery drastically shortens its life.)
