The reason why my note 8 won't turn on

My new note 8 stopped working or even respond the screen is totally black and there isn't even a vibration or any and it wont even respond to charging plz answer me

It may simply be a faulty unit.

Have you left it connected to a charger for a couple of hours to see if it will eventually show evidence of charging?
If the battery is completely dead it may take a while to respond.

If it is because the battery went to 0% then plug it in to a usb port on your computer and leave it for a few hours, if you have a wireless charger then let it sit on that at the same time (it is a different charging circuit)
Leave it for a few hours and if it wakes up then let it get to 5% and then plug it in to the original charger
