the rosie apk

So I was wondering if anyone has been able to run the rosie apk because evenn though a full sense port isn't possible some features might be able to standalone. Any help would be mcuh appreciated.

I don't believe this is possible without having the htc framework. You may be able to find alternative launchers that will be close, but as for the actual rosie.apk you will need a sense ui (htc framework). That's how I understand it anyway from my work on the heroc.

U know if its a good sense replacement? I have an evo and stuck without root lol. So a different launcher would be nice sense is super lagfest and a hog... But I love the Widgets!

I found this on xda. Not sure if it is what you might be looking for or not.

This won't have the widgets though. Fancy Widgets will get you something similar to the clock and weather widget, but for the others you will need to do a little searching.

You would need to find a sense rom in order to have the htc framework. You can't simply replace our framework with the htc one. You would need to rewrite drivers in the htc framework to work with our device for one. But that's not all, there is a ton more stuff that would need to be done just to make something that you HOPE would work on our phone.
