The S8 is the smoothest Android interface I've ever used. Thoughts?

So for those of you who have gone through a ton of Android phones like I have, do you think it's the smoothest you've used? The S8 is nothing like the S7 touch wiz or I call it tough wiz. It was choppy and sticky. This S8 is so fluid and smooth. The more I use it the more I appreciate it. It's by far the smoothest interface I've used. However I have not used the Pixel but did have the Nexus 6p which I think the Pixel is a tweaked out version of the 6p anyway and the S8 beats it out. What do you guys think. Is the S8 the smoothest Android interface on the market? I think so. Just curious of everyone's take on it. Chime in and let me know what your take is. Do you keep your S8 at full resolution or do you keep it in default mode as it came? Also it seems that most have the plus version. I feel like I am the minority having the regular S8. Post what you have either the regular size or the plus and why you chose your model. I'm just curious of others thoughts. I also see a lot of people not using a screen protector. I'm definitely using one but not a tempered glass. I'm using a liquid skin by skinomi. Post what you use or the kind as I'm curious what else is out there that is good. The Skinomi is great and does not collect fingerprints hardly at all. So are you a regular size S8 user or a Plus user? Tell me why you chose one over the other. I personally like the one handed use. I wanted the plus but I was afraid it would be just too big after prolonged usage. I might be totally wrong though. Anyways thoughts???
No Apple is, didn't say the friendliest just easiest or smoothest

Smoother? How could that be? It is running touch wiz. No way it's smoother than the S8 in regard to touch wiz interface. It maybe smooth but it's not the powerhouse that the S8 is in any way.

Can't tell you why that is, but it is. Maybe it's due to the Exynos cpu? I dunno maybe it's just better optimized for Samsung's own SoC.

Oh you have Exynos running in yours? That's the answer right there. That's why yours is so smooth. I didn't realize you were running that. Stands to reason.

I too have the Exynos version G950F (European unlocked) and it's incredibly smooth. The iPhone 6S I had previously was pretty quick, but frankly there's no comparison.

Interesting.
I suppose one could come to a similar conclusion with an i7 quad core vs FX 8350 eight core direct experiment. Anyway, it has a certain amount of bragging rights cache to it.
What I've never understood though, is why unlocked international and European Galaxys (Galaxies?) have the snappier CPUs and the US versions don't, generally speaking.

Have you tried a Pixel? Not my favorite phone but I think it has the smoothest interface.

I've heard the Pixel to be smooth but I owned a Nexus 6p which I've researched heavily the comparisons between the Pixel and the 6p which lead me to believe the Pixel is just a tweaked out model of the 6p. Personally I compare every Android device against the Nexus 6p. The 6p was just that good and I don't see how the Pixel could be any better in terms of interface and how smooth the software is or was. That said ive not used a pixel but I'm tempted to trade my S8 for a 5 inch pixel though. If the Pixel is anything like the Nexus 6p I know I'll personally love it. Have you used both the 6p and the Pixel side by side?

So the processor in yours is indeed better than the 835 Snapdragon? I've heard this was the case but never knew for sure. I've even been told this by a top leading engineer with Apple so I have to think the 835 Snapdragon is inferior here. Anyone can confirm this or refute this? I'm really curious. My model has the 835 Snapdragon which I find to be a powerhouse and extremely smooth. If the other processor is indeed better than I'd much rather have it. I just don't know bc I've never tested the other one. Anyone have real world experience with both?

No idea which is better to be honest. I imagine that if my S8 had the 835, I'd still be happy :)
