The Samsun weather widget's "Current City" not showing my location...

Hello all.

I have a semi annoying issue I'd like to get figured out. Currently on my Galaxy Note 2 when I'm at home using my Airrave 2.5 the date/time/weather widget that is on the home screen by default is showing the wrong city. I'm located in Lost City, WV however when I'm here and the widget updates, it shows I'm in Beach Haven West, NJ. When I leave and hit the road and am accessing real cell towers, the current city that is shown is correct.

To add more mystery to this, when I first got my phone, it was showing Lost City, WV correctly. Then sometime later (weeks) it converted over to thinking I was in Beach Haven West. It did this before I rooted it and after I rooted it. Yet if I go back and do a factory reset on the phone, it'll immediately show Lost City, WV once again. That will last several days before just randomly thinking I'm in Beach Haven West again.

Any help with this?!

whats your location settings? gps? mobile network / wifi?

if its mobile network only it will triangulate with towers for the best location

Inside Settings - Location services is set to the factory default: Use Wireless Networks, Use GPS satellites, and Location and Google Search all checked.
