When I do a call sometimes after a few seconds the screen goes off and I can not revive it until the call is terminated. No button responds. This makes that it cannot cut the call or select sound elections of an automatic answering machine .

I try to make update, but the answer is: your device has been modified. Spftware updates are not avaiable

Thks for your help.

He did run something to allow record. I do not understand much of this, but the program was deleted. Can I go back?
thanks for your answers

This sounds like you're having a problem with the proximity sensor at the top of the phone. Perhaps the screen protector is misaligned, or if there's a case on the phone it may be blocking the sensor - check those things first and see if the problem persists.

If it does, open the Phone app, press the Menu button and select Call settings, then uncheck 'Auto screen off during calls'

The phone has been rooted or had custom Recovery software installed. If you want to return the phone to stock (out-of-the-box) condition, we'll need to know the model number/carrier/region and current firmware version. There are plenty of apps that allow you to record calls without rooting the phone, so I don't know why it would have modified firmware on it.

jomole,
Did your phone get the 4.3 update, and did it solve your problem?
