The screen on my LG Stylo 6 goes blank during calls...How do I...

...fix it? Makes it hard to see the dial pad when I have to press the # choices from a menu when calling a company. Please help! I have an LG Stylo 6 Android phone.

Does this happen when it is ,lose to your face or in your hand? Can you wipe the top of your phone where the proximity sensor is to make sure it is not obstructed.

On speaker phone or phone to ear ?

Also, if you use a screen protector or a case make sure they don't interfere with the proximity sensor.
