The update a few days ago causing issues

There was an update 2 days ago. Installed no problem... but i noticed issues with cell service. Dropped calls, data going in and out. etc.. In the process of trying to fix it, i seemed to have done something odd lol. I looked at the network settings and saw it was set to an LTE something. It had 3 options on the dropdown.. I did a network setting reset, rebooted... annnd now there are 2 options. Global and LTE/GSM/UMTS - its a US Cellular phone but im on Verizon, i tried the LTE and it wont work, global does.. but Im only getting 3G now?

and.. its still dropping cell data in and out... how can I undo the last update!??
 
See if there's anything in there about CDMA - that's what Verizon uses.
 
I have to use global for it to work. There was a 3rd setting (it used to say LTE as the selected network) but its gone now. I picked LTE (but under that there is no LTE selection..) and even selected VZ as the network

If you ask Verizon they will tell you to use Global. I have been having something similar. I turned off Wi-Fi calling and it seems to be better. Verizon has a lot of trouble with Wi-Fi calling it seems
