Theme's and Android (mainly EVO's)

Ok, I've got a question a about Android and theme's. How does one do them? And by that I mean, how do you build them so you can post them or put them in the market?

When I had my Pre I got really in to making different themes for it. There is this site called "Prethemer.com" that made it real easy to build and maintain.

So is there a site or theme building tool on line or something I can download to help build these themes.

WoW... this just what I was hopping for. Got everything all setup and got to play around with it for a bit. And I'm coming to find its not to far off theming the Pre, pre Prethemer. As a matter of fact I've used a lot of stuff (PNG files) from my Palm Signature theme.

@Sprintgirl, the screen shots you posted with your tutorial are missing. Anyway you could repost them? Just so I know exactly what I am doing? Thanks! (by the way I'm on a mac and Im having a hard time 7zipping the file.) Im a mess!! LoL
