Is there a way to turn off themes or an easy way to create my own?

The "problem" is that once a theme is set, I can't make significant changes to the homescreen because default apps like the phone and contact list no longer match.

Any solution is acceptable since I'm really just trying to achieve a complete look when "skinning" my phone.

When a person applies a Theme it typically comes with its own app icons.

However a person can go back to the Stock ones.

"At the top in the theme store there are 3 tabs. After you change your theme go into the icons tab and select default."
