Themes App not working on EMUI 9

I got my Pie update today. As expected the old themes on my phone are no longer compatible.

So, I thought of downloading new themes from the Theme app. There problem is, I'm unable to download anything.

I installed Huawei Manager Services, logged into my Huawei ID on their HiCare app and gave permissions to Theme app. Am I missing something here?
