Themes...skins? Nova Launcher?

Is there a place to get skins or themes? I am getting sick of this turquoise all the time. New Icons would be great, too!

I have Nova Launcher (Not prime), do they offer them? I've looked and can't find it.

Under Look and Feel in Nova Settings, you can choose a couple different icon packs. You can also set individual icons for apps to whatever you want by long-pressing the icon, choosing edit, pressing the icon pic and browsing . It also will show ADW icons if you have those installed.
