Android Central Question

I recently turned on developer mode to change the accent color of my Samsung A32 5G. But I restarted my phone, and now if I long press the home screen, around the wallpapers, themes, widgets, and settings icons are white borders. I tried resetting developer options to default, and also tried resetting all settings, but they're still there. How can I get rid of them?
