AC Question

I have a moto G2 and ive had it for around 1-2 years now.Until yesterday, i noticed that there was a black android icon that said 10135. Ive tried searching google and i cant seem to find any answers. Is it a virus? If it is, should i get a new phone? I have gone around android central and see if others had experienced this too, but the closest i got was with a man asking the same question, but instead of numbers 10135, his numbers were 10711, but he still has no responds. I need help urgently, and i dont remember downloading anything suspicious in the last week or two. This black android icon with the numbers 10135 has been taking a lot of battery, ranking at the most used in my phone. It is not in my apps section, so i dont know if its downloaded or malware, but if anyone can, please help. I charged my phone overnight to 100 percent but it is still there. The next day (Today) i as using it, and the first few minutes i noticed that it was very slow and seemed like it froze for a few seconds. After a while like 20 minutes, it is back to its regular speed, but i noticed that this 10135 might affect my apps, because one of my apps isnt working. Should i go to my nearest Best Buy and ask help from Geek squad?', or should i get a new phone. I dont have a PC or laptop so i depend on my phone throughout the da. To me, this is very important so if anyone can help, thank you.

It's most probably a virus I'm afraid since it popped suddenly and using too much battery meaning it's running in the background. Try a factory reset (might be annoying but better than a nasty virus)
