There is a white square around my app icons how do i remove it it just appeared out of nowhere

Not sure what else to suggest, sorry. I'll move this thread to the 'Other ZTE Android Phones' forum where it'll be easier getting feedback from other owners.

Also, I'll check with some team members that have used a ZTE device and see if they can help.

I factory reset my phone and the problem still consists I don't know if that would help find the answer to my problem

Very strange. I checked with some friends that own a ZTE and they can't find any special setting that could cause those squares. I wonder if the culprit could be an app that came preinstalled. Do you recall updating any app right before they started? Do you have any cleaner, booster or similar app in your phone? Can you see any service activated in the accessibility settings?

I did update most of my apps that were needing update. I don't have any cleaner or boost. I do not see any services
