There is no animation on last notification

Recently I've updated my Galaxy S8 to Android 8 (SEK) and a weird bug appeared. As you can see on the video, there is no animation on last notification. Does anyone have the same issue? I really don’t want to make factory reset because I have perfectly set-upped my phone for the University and I have no time to make backups, restores, etc.
I tried reloading, wiping cache and the issue is still here.
