There's an ad on the lock screen even though it's not charging?

There's an ad on my lockscreen. I know it sometimes occurs with the fastcharging cable but it's not even charging I deleted the GO weather app which is said to lead to it but nothing changed. It's really making me angry. How did I fix it?

There are lots of apps that put that nowadays. Do you have ES File Manager?

On my phone, the Z Camera app was responsible for the ads. Have removed it, and no more ads. Good luck!
