Thermometer App?

Is this phone capable of, and are there any thermometer apps that would show the air temperature near the phone? Yes, I looked in the play store, downloaded several but none seemed to be working , only used nearby airport temperatures

I am 100% sure we only have a barometer not a thermometer built in. In my opinion the thermometer wouldn't be very accurate anyway because it would have to try and compensate for phone temp no?

Unless it was a device designed to plug into the USB c port or the headphone jack. I don't see that as happening, but the only way it would make sense at an accurate reading.

The weather station app I used to use on my Notes shows "N/A" for temp and humidity on this phone, as expected, they don't have the sensors. Shows barometric pressure fine.
