Things stopping.

Please Help...

I have a HTC One M9 and the last 2 days things have started to stop and i don't know why, could someone please head me in the right direction on how to fix the issues, i have a few messages come up.

Unfortunately, Gallery has stopped.
Unfortunately, Messages has stopped.
Unfortunately, Mail has stopped.
