things to ask/check before buying the lg v20 used?

I have a v20 and I love it very much.
I bought refurb. screen is crap leaking and burned in spots. usb plug no longer holds the cable inside so I use a rubber band to keep it inside.
camera glass on rear broke out of the blue and then camera started getting messed up and now is hazy and doesnt even focus. thats physical. what do I look for when buying used?

Make sure previous user signed the phone out of all accounts! This is a must!!
Make sure it's not stolen would be useful too.
Turn it on and mane sure everything works, if you can get into service mode you can check hardware..
