Try going to the App Manager, select My Files, and Clear Cache.

Had happened to new in all devices I've used. I just press or click OK and wait a moment, they reopen and it's fine. If it won't reopen right away, I give it some time. I've never had any major problems from this popping up. I consider this a minor problem and don't worry about it.

Sometimes this comes up when there's am updating waiting. The old version won't open or closes. Or the shortcut is invalid and I open from the app drawer (most likely from an update). Could be any reason.
