Think Twice! My Best Buy Experience

I went to my local Best Buy this evening because my speakers were low and while I was there I wanted to discuss the light leakage. The mobile rep was extremely nice, He had no problem exchanging my phone but before he did he asked if he could take a look at it, I said sure why not, so he turned it every which way lol and he said may I be honest I said of course he then went on to say I see the little light leakage and I will change it if you want but your phone compared to others that came back is completely in tact. He then went in my settings as I was told do here but didn't know what I was doing and raised the sound so that my speakers were loud, when he finished he did a test call I put him on speaker and it nearly killed my ears, I was like omg wow. But crazy me was still not satisfied, I then asked if I could see another phone he said he could not activate it unless I was exchanging but he would turn it on..OMG when he turned it on it was like the entire bottom of the phone was lifted (screen area), I saw that and told him have a nice evening he laughed and said I have 30 days to return for new model if it still bothers me I said no thank you I am fine lmao. I ran my as* out so fast. After that experience my phone is looking like gold to me lol.

I actually just exchanged my phone tonight for a light leak problem and because my battery cover squeaked, The reps there were super duper nice, well...one was. One didn't want to replace my phone, he thought I was nuts, the other one, was amazing, she completely agreed with me and exchanged it no prob. But the now phone I got, has almost no light leak at all, and no more noisey battery cover!! yay!!!

But the now phone I got, has almost no light leak at all, and no more noisey battery cover!! yay!!!

YAYYYYY ..congrats on getting a better phone. My phone light leaks are so minor I can barely see them so it's not a big problem for me I was mainly going for the speaker issue which the rep fixed, but omg the other phone was a mess I can't believe it was packaged. Maybe they packaged that one while blindfolded.

can you point me toward this speaker fix?

the rep went to settings then sound and turned up something i think the ringer not sure but it's a post in here under a thread I created that is called [?] Speaker not loud that tells you how to do it I just didn't know what to press lol. Hope this helps
