Thinking about rooting my Droid RAZR M

Hello everyone! I'm thinking about rooting my android but would like to know the the benefits are and if it's worth rooting. Thank you!

A benefit:
You can get rid of bloatware and make your phone run faster and have more memory.
A disadvantage:
It voids your warranty.

If you don't understand what it is and why one would root, don't do it. With Jelly Bean on the M there is no strong reason to root.

One of the main benefits for me would to be able to move apps and Google play all access music to SD card.

My paltry internal storage is filling up fast.
