Thinking of coming back, hows the G6 going?

Like most here, I've had the G6 for about a year now and am having no issues. Usually at this point I start having battery issues, sluggish performance etc. I am super impressed with this phone. It. Just. Works.

Wish I could say this, I keep picking up my g6 because I like it but then keep putting it away because of battery. I've tried greenify and package diablers, but I can't stop "phone idle" from chewing through my battery. Maybe it's my crummy signal here at my house, but still my other phones don't do this.

It's true that signal can really deplete your battery... However, if other devices did not do this, that means it could be something else. Did you switch carriers when you bought your G6? Do any other devices in the house have similar signal issues?

You might just have bad battery. If you really like your G6, you might find a local repair shop and ask to have the battery replaced. The local shop near me will replace the battery for $69 in a G6.
