Thinking of getting one... Help pls.

My girlfriend have HTC desire C, and I can get HTC one V from my carrier. Basically she would like better camera, screen and flash for photos. Is this good upgrade or should we look for other options???

If she wants a better camera why just get a new camera instead of getting one V which is not so good n specs wise..
