Thinking of selling ipad for nexus 7 or 10. HELP!!!!!

So. I know nothing about technology, all I know is I need to do my summer school **** online and I can't do it on my ipad.
I was thinking about selling my ipad (newest one, with lightening cable) for a nexus 7 or 10.
I just need to know what the nexus capabilities and limitations for both 7 and 10 are and if this is even a good idea.

What size screen do you prefer (portability vs more screen real estate)? What kind of classes are you going to take during summer school? Are you going to be taking lots of notes?

I think your ipad could do anything an n10 could do schoolwise

I have both the N7 and N10. You will need the bigger screen of the N10 for school work. Try Officesuite Pro for document processing.

You need ask your school first if the Nexus 7/10 would actually work for what you need to do. It might be what you really need is a laptop.

In order to help you properly we need to know WHY the iPad isn't suitable for online work. Is it Flash? Keyboard/Mouse support? Etc???
