I am so damn anxious. I pre-ordered on the 27th, so I assume I will get it before the 13-17th people. If its not here by Monday than something is wrong :'(

I hope google didn't forget about me. I've read so many posts of people who ordered a week or more after I did, and getting "Complete" status's and charges already on their cc. I haven't gotten any activity. I feel left out.

I ordered on July 2. I had a credit card charge a few days ago but it disappeared. I do have the books someone mentioned earlier in my Library but they don't show in my purchases. Unfortunately I think it's just a "wait and see" deal and that's not good for those of us who are NOT good "waiters."

I wish a google employee would let it slip as to when its coming out lol. Staples states their pre-ordered customers can expect it near the 13th of July. Google Play Pre-Orders should get it either the same date or even a day or two earlier.

How do you not know? This is the most bizarre tactic by a company ever. Let your 3rd party suppliers give a window release date, but for those of us who pre-ordered through Google Play are left in the dark.

Unless they are trying to surprise us and when we get home, they are waiting on our front steps and we see it and are all like and Google is all like gotcha.

You need to relax about this. Google said mid July. So, by my calculations that is roughly plus or minus a few days of the 15th. So a good guess would be the 11-19. Do you have some inside info on how these releases work, how the product is brought to market and the logistics of the whole delivery of millions of devices?

If Google would give an official notice saying we can expect our devices by the 11th through the 19th that would make me happy.

One other thing worth mentioning..... as far as I know, this is Googles FIRST large release of any hardware product that requires logistics. I dont think there was anywhere near the same buzz when the Goog was selling the Nexus One or the Galaxy Nexus.

It's been 13 days and they haven't given us any new update on when we can get our pre-orders. Mean while Staples might have dropped the ball and let us all know.

You should order one from Staples and sell the one google sends you. I am sure you will get exactly what you paid for it. Where do you think Staples got its info?..... Google. So you think that Staples customers are going to get their order before Google pre orders? (Frankly I dont care IF they do), but I seriously doubt that. Man, it will come soon. Fill the forums with happy threads, not ones pounding on Google for something they havent done. I am good with the way this has all gone. You'll be the one to start the thread for "Why Google screwed us with this lousy Tablet, couldnt they have waited til it was Really finished?".

Im not picking on you.... if you are quinnsdad, then you need to learn to pack more patiences than this, because raising kids is a LOT harder than dealing with Google.
