We didn't make an excuse for the web posting; we said it was a mistake.
Chuck, if you are having trouble with your Rezound or need support, please let us know. However, I promise that we heard you when you expressed your disdain for the web posting and other update related issues. We log your feedback and pay attention to it, and this may not have come through in our responses. I can even call you to help out, however we have said everything there is to say about the ICS update and the accidental early posting of the update notice on our website.
