Just got off the phone and looked at my screen to see all these lines on it. Rebooted twice. This is just awful! Wtf!

Screen caps won't capture screen defects. You can try taking a picture of the phone with the display on.

if it's not physical damage and still under warranty then you should be able to get a new device.

No physical damage, I am going to at&t tomorrow, just don't want a refurbished device which I'll most likely get.

I've done plenty of warranty replacements and even though they say it's refurbished they are still practically brand new. You can't even tell the difference.

might be even better since its been individually inspected and repaired, not just off the assembly line
