Hi Guys & Gals;
i got my note 2 days a go and everything is good with the phone i am so happy with it. However today i tried installing free apps from Android App store however i keep getting the following error message : - This item cannot be installed in your device's country this happenes with even free apps like Zen Brush. Please assist me solve this issue. the day i bough my phone i was able to download other apps like Cube, facebook, etc. Kindly note i am located in Oman in the Middle East my Service Provider is Nawras. I look forward to your response.

You may have to go through a proxy like OpenDNS. Not sure how to set this up on a droid. Maybe someone will chime in.

If you can use "Market unlock" apps you can exclude that restriction. You receive this issue because of that application not allow install your country. If you can use VPN or Proxy connection you can do. But if market track you using your carrier you can't so better thing is use market unlocking app.

There is no going around with this limitation. Some apps developers require purchase of apps and will not deal with credit cards issued in other countries. While abroad, I also was not allowed to even VIEW a youtube video. Fear of copyright violations? The key here is your IP address. They simply ban downloads from designated countries. Woe to us, the upright oness.
