this just happened recently

well i am rooted running synergy rom, been running it for about a month now and now problems, that is until i tried to use system tuner to change some settings for the screen being off. well it said i have to have root access, what the heck went to super SU and found this

now what does it mean? i did go into the synergy rom settings via recovery, and change some things. but that was mostly proformance, after i got done with that and it restart on the recovery menu it says rom may flash stock recovery on boot. fix? i clicked no and it reboots i am tempted to try yes.

i did hit yes this time and it works now, it fixed the root permission, why did it happen for? i was wondering why i couldnt change the setting or see cpu temp.

I think the simpliest way to fix this problem is by reflashing the rom

ya i went back to stock root and reset my flash counter, i am going to sell my gs3 and get the new one might try online selling
