Android Central Question

Notch is the only thing that i did not liked about these pixel 3 devices

Yes. In the UK the Pixel 3 64GB is £739 ($975) - that's £260 ($333) less than the iPhone XS. I'm more than happy with that!

Not really. Value for money would mean getting a OnePlus 6 or an older flagship. These flagships prices are "Too G-damn high" -Carter Flossy :'( So no you'll be spending a premium price for the pixel or just about any other 2018-19 flagship phone. Whether you still want to buy the Pixel is of course up to you.

Then move along. Keep your money in your purse sir. All you're going to do is purchase the phone and complain about the notch. Move along have a nice day. Horrible value. The phone contains a feature that you do not like you stated it up front. It is not going to disappear, no software update will make the notch disappear.

Definitely not the best value for money if you just look at specs, but it's the only one which provides the best Android experience to me personally and with latest security and platform updates. Cherry on top is the best camera on market.

Sure it's expensive but I'm happy with the value it provides to me.

Value for money can only be decided by the purchaser, to be honest. I only consider flagship phones and for me the Pixel 3 offers value for money. I already have a Samsung Galaxy S9 and I'm happy to pay a premium to rid myself of the Samsung software bloat.

Definitely value for the money. This is actually similar to the iPhone model where they are selling higher price for less impressive specs because of the software service you get with it. Pixel phones have THE BEST software experience on android with the most updates. Maybe the hardware isn't as good as the galaxy line but the software runs so much smoother. It actually runs a crap ton better. (Note, I haven't tried samsungs newest phones). The customer care is also quite amazing.

One Plus is not an option for everyone so it's not an ideal comparison

OnePlus is a perfect comparison. Almost every review raves about how much the OnePlus offers for the $$ $900-1000 is not an option for everyone either.

One plus doesn't come even close to the performance, it's a completely unacceptable option.

I think its a little bit high ($50 cheaper made easier to swallow it) but after using Sammy, moto and HTC for several years I would prefer Pixels for SW support mainly and quality build
