This link is not for this update. The Software version and baseband version are different. The pdf has Software Version 4.10.605.3; Baseband: 1.13.41.0421 and the update is software 5.28.605.2 and baseband is 1.13.41.0702.

Foxfi and 4.4.3 on the M7... anyone tried it? wifi mode?

It is working well on 4.4.2 so I don't want to screw that up.

Wifi mode works the same as it did before update for me.
