This thingy up in the notification near the camera side when you scroll the notification thing down

I've noticed that it always gets turned on or appears at night after 6pm but now it appears often I try to get rid of it but I can't it annoys me and sometimes when it's on my wifi is slow
What do I do help :'(

That is the casting icon. You must be casting something to your TV?

That can also show up if someone else is casting something on the same wi-fi network. Is anyone else in the family casting?
