This video is not available

When I try to access video in the CNN, BBC or DirecTV apps I get a message stating "This video is not available". Is this a 4.3 thing or is there something wrong with my Nexus 7?

Is it flash video? If so, that is why. There is no flash on the device as Adobe no longer supports flash in mobile devices.

I also had that problem with CNN. Not a Flash issue because I have side-loaded and used it successfully with Amazon Prime.

I have the same issue.

From the Play Store:
"**Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Galaxy Nexus, HTC One, and Galaxy S4 users may begin to see video play issues within the CNN App as you update your operating system to Android 4.3. Please note that we?re currently working on an app update to fix this bug.**"

My Chrome browser is playing all the videos on the CNN site.

Using Chrome, w/out the desktop option selected, I go to this page and the videos play. Video - Breaking News Videos from CNN.com

Firefox
browser also has an option to request the desktop site. when i use that option I see an install flash message. When I don't , I can play the video, but only as an audio.
