Thought this was funny and interesting.

One thing that concerns me about the new Droid Line and future Moto Devices: The 'development community'. Sure, we all know Nexus devices get the most attention, but Motorola really doesn`t appreciate device-unlocking, rooting, roms,etc.
The Droid RAZR HD got unlocked and rooted, nearly a year later: And Motorola plans to patch that :(
Even with the X, if that happens that would suck. Motorola is making near-stock UI`s, but really isn`t making the flair of Nexus devices there.
I really hope this 'new' Motorola, really considers this: There`s nothing wrong with rooting, for the general consumer.

I flashed a port last night to the Verizon GNex. My N7 still is on 4.2.2. That's sorta ironic. Last update it was the N7 that got it within a couple hours of the OTA going live and the G Nex had to wait until the next day.
 
Wish I could try 4.3.
Though I gave away my Gnex :(
