Thought this was funny and interesting.

OHHHHHHH I get it now. Bad time to make that thread huh?

Not at all. It'd be unfortunate if the drama queens do abuse your thread, but it's not your fault if they do. Learning more and telling people in a positive way that you changed your mind is a good thing and could be use to other people who are on the fence about which one to try out.

Yeah, there are certainly people that would enjoy the S4 but the S4 issues are being way to exaggerated and people may be swayed to the HTC One and vice versa.

True, I see heaps of people saying the S4 is awful.
I'm going to try it for myself.

I agree. I'm actually going to look at it tomorrow. My wife's contract is up. I do like the HTC One a lot though. It's gorgeous.

I recommend using it for quite a bit, that way you know a bit more about the device.
I'm going to take a look at it too, sometime soon.

Maybe your wife would like the smaller HTC One? Ive tried both, have no doubt about Jerry and Phil were right these really are 2 phones that are excellent in there own right.
The home button layout isn't frustrating at all.

While Samsung had done an awesome job trying to make this phone ergonomic the HTC wins in that department simply because it is smaller.

Surprisingly, there actually around the same size in body dimensions. The screen size is smaller on the HTC One though.

In my usage the HTC One is easier to use one handed. but it's still possible;e on the S4.

I guess that's because of the more rounded back of the ONE, while the S4 is flat.
The ONE is slightly smaller, if I recall.

Ya that's what I was thinking too. Plus the One just seems more feminine.

Is your wife competent with tech? If not, the S4 has easy mode, for first time smartphone owners.
The ONE is quite fashionable and pretty.

The S4 isnt difficult to use, then again I am an Android geek/fanboy....so I have a perfect idea on how it works.
You get the Black S4 and the white or black HTC One and keep the S4 for yourself for 30 days and your wife the HTC One. then switch over and see who is more happy with which?

The N4 is 139 g, while the ONE is 143 g.
Perhaps it just feels more natural in the hand?

Wow, yeah the nice curved back just makes it so comfortable.

The white one is feminine. but from the photos the black HTC one just looks downright sexy.

If it happens

Even if the X Phone do sent happen, Motorola will probably still release a phone this year.
