Yeah, I ignore articles like that unless they have surprising news. They're terribly misleading in that people think those are market share numbers, and not just reflecting sales in a short period. In this case that period ends when both the One and S4 were available approximately nowhere yet. The next two versions of this article will show enormous growth in Android, followed by a month or two of Apple growth, followed by six months of Android growth, Apple again, rinse repeat.
