By all means feel free to add to the list.

Depends on how you rate them and which things are most important. Not all configurations have them both in the top 3 now, although most do. I've seen quite a few people say Nexus 4 > LG Op Pro > HTC One > Note 2 > S4 or something to that effect. The common ranking seems to be HTC One > S4 > Nexus 4, etc. but I personally would do something more like N4 >= HTC One > LG Op Pro > S4, etc. *shrug*

Granted it's all preference, but he also specified of 2013, which rules out almost everything except for the Xperia Z, at this point.

EDIT: If I'm speculating my top five, I'll go (in whatever order):

- One
- GS4
- Motorola "XFON"
- Nexus 5
- Device from LG

Runner up: Xperia Z

I'm looking forward to the Nexus 5 and X Phone. I love stock Android to start off, and Nexus devices always have a smooth and beautiful UI. The X Phone, also 'might' have Stock, which is great. But also might have new features the Moto might have some great, new features. Which is always exciting.
Its also nice to see a OEM who knows "Good Specs Don't Always Mean Big Screen.' Which is great, for me personally anyway, bacause I want to have a great Specd phone, but not want it to be a tank to carry.
