Thoughts after one week with a Galaxy Watch

Well that would be strictly a bit ridiculous! But, hey, he can do that if he wants, provided he is prepared to press ONE button on his phone.

Actually, I remember picking up a call using the watch while running to my Phone on the other side of the room just to make sure not to loose the call. Ridiculous things happen, it's the biggest challenge for a developer trying to make "it" user friendly for all.

I understand that some people would like to pick up the call on their watch therefore I'm not saying this shouldn't be allowed, but I would like to answer the call on my watch and speak through the phone without having to press anything because:

1) Very often I have my earphones on, so I would pick up the call on the watch without having to remove the phone from my pocket.

2) When I'm driving and I answer a call, it will pick up the call on my watch instead of my car's bluetooth, therefore increasing the chances of an accident.

Not being able to customize that is a flaw in my opinion. Feels like having an iSomething (apple), cuz you're not allowed to use the device the way that's best for you, you know?

First thing, there is no flaw in the way the watch handles calls. You're simply asking for something that doesn't exist.

Second, if you answer the call on the watch, you have to do something/touch something to make the call go to another device. There's no way around it.

As far as your car, where are you answering the call? Have you tried hitting the answer button on the car and not on the phone or watch? I'm confused as to your issue here. I have the Gear S3 and I answer calls in both of my vehicles with no problems at all.

I've been in another room when a call came in and I answered it on my watch, just to answer the call. Then when I got to my phone, I simply touched the bluetooth icon on my phone's screen and the call came through the phone.

When I pick up a call on my watch, it will by default go through the watch. But if I press the telephone symbol on my watch that appears after picking it up, the call is transferred to my phone.
If I pick up the call with my phone, the call will continue through my phone.
So, you have all the options you want, I'd say.

I'm sorry but this is just ridiculous and I can't believe we are going through this again. @11B1P and @Peter are 100% correct. I am, for the record, over the moon that my devices work in this way.
