thoughts on nexus 4 ips screen vs galaxy nexus amoled?

The other factor that simply CANNOT be ignored if a person would consider selling a Nexus 4 for a Galaxy Nexus is that, screen preferences aside, you are giving up one of the most powerful beasts of a phone for a model that is getting old (especially with the rapid turnover of smartphones). Still a great phone, no question, but in comparison, the Nexus 4 shines in pretty much every aspect.
Even if the Galaxy Nexus screen WAS superior, I definitely would call it craziness to get rid of a Nexus 4 on that merit alone.

I liked my Galaxy Nexus screen until I got the Nexus 4. Going back to the Galaxy Nexus screen now, it just looks way too saturated and not as crisp. Not as bright either. Other than black blacks, one thing I do like about AMOLED screens is that it doesn't look washed out as you turn the brightness up like it does on LCD screens, but it's really only noticeable when you turn the brightness up. Then you adjust and it looks fine again.

But yeah, I definitely prefer the Nexus 4's screen over the Galaxy Nexus. I've yet to see a Galaxy S4 though so I can't say which I'd prefer over that and the Nexus 4.
