Thumb keyboard on the Xoom

12# then the shift key and it's there next to the shift key's upper right. ^

Will add the ^ also to the symbol keyboard that pops up when one long presses the return key. I'm planning to make that keyboard user configurable, so users can add the symbols they use most.

Love this keyboard app... !!!!
Has sped up my typing by atleast 50%.
Once I really get used to it, I'll be flying right along with my typing.

I was unaware of that keyboard that pops up when you long press the return key. Now I love this keyboard even more!

I LOVE it. Like I said, it kept me from sending mine back.
Tweeks (to make it easier for egocentric me)
-Move tab key closer to side
-add page up/page down
-Otherwise, it's almost perfect as is (for me at least).

I agree that moving the tab key away from the center would be a good idea. That's a key that I use A LOT.

No problem, got more requests in this respect. Only have to see how I can make some things user configurable. Btw there's also a tab key in the popup keyboard that is triggered when you long presses the return key.

Hope to have a big update up end of this week or next.

Thumb Keyboard is an ok app.

But "Tablet Keyboard" is a better designed product (more ergonomic). There is a free version that has a button that askss for a $0.99 donation if you like it better (as I do, by a long shot)

Tablet Keyboard has better locations (and sizes) of almost all the keys than Thumb Keyboard imo- all are placed at the edge of the screen, including numbers, making typing much faster/easier (no stretching to reach the middle of the keyboard like Thumb Keyboard makes you do).

I encourage everyone to give it a try - the price is right and at $0.99 for the paid version, it is a steal. App developers like these guys deserve to be rewarded. Imo, Moto should buy this app and make it the standard OEM keyboard

Search for "Tablet Keyboard" or "Tablet Keyboard Free" in the Andoid Marketplace or Amazon appstore. And leave a quick review if you like it as much as I do (and other Xoom users)...

+1 for this thumb keyboard app.

Would love to see a "google speech" button to press on the keyboard (like on the stock one).

Long press on the switch button. From the regular keyboard to the numbers and it'll Bing up the Google speech.

Thumb keyboard is best purchase yet

I type a lot.

I would have never guessed my thumbs would know where the keys were - no hunting a pecking - and I really like the update which does most special characters with a extended press.

Fine work developers!

The app is really nice, but I can not figure out on my Asus Transformer how to change the typing language. I checked the languages that I need under the Input languages settings.
But when I slide finger on space bar, the typing language remains English, though on the space bar itself the language name changes.
Thank you.

I think in the language packs should have been reloaded. If you can't get it to work email Paul (the developer) he will get the answer to you right away.
