Thunderbolt arriving today - backup my Dinc question

I currently have a DInc and all the settings are just the way I like them. I run Launcher Pro and want to know what the best backup tool is for a NON-ROOTED phone.

Any suggestions? I need it to be FREE as well!

I believe Launcher Pro has a setting to back up your settings. As for apps, Google should have those backed up for you.

Ahh found that, so does that back up my system notifications and stuff or just my homescreens (-widgets)??

It will back up JUST the launcher settings. You'll have to re-setup your notifications and your widgets. If you were rooted you could do otherwise, but not stock. The Thunderbolt, which I noticed earlier today, saves your settings (ringtones and such) so if you do a factory restore there's even less setting up you have to do.
