Thunderbolt bad speaker feedback

I've been noticing a lot lately when I video chat there is a lot of bad feedback. Loud anoying sounds. I can hear it and person on other end. If I mute myself it goes away.
I wonder if my phone speaker is messed up or what?

This is my third thunderbolt since launch :-( .
