With root explorer open system media and delete the tranquility sound file. Should fix it.

Worked like a champ for me. Sound was way too annoying after the first boot.

I like the audio but its too loud. I could probably put it in a sound editor but I think ill just keep it silent so that if im in a quite place and my phone reboots or something it doesn't make that sound

Sound is a non issue for me I dont boot phone up eveyday anymore(or should I say phone doesnt reboot itself either ) , its been on for 44hrs , but has been plugged into wall charger some .

So I dont hear the sound to often .

You would need to dl the stock one and drop it in system media or data local. Make sure to delete the bolt one from data local and the mp3 file from system media.
