Thunderbolt commercial

[Droid hungry]

Anyone else notice this or think this is funny? There is that one tb commercial where the guy is hooking up all those cables and lighting strikes and the tb pops up. I was thinking to myself yep and it takes about that much power to keep it going all day lol. I'm not taking a shot at it i just think it's funny.

Yes, I've seen that TV commercial a number of times. What's even more amusing is seeing a 100% monopoly of large print ads for both Verizon Thunderbolt and Verizon's 4G network plastered everywhere in San Francisco's BART train platform in the downtown stations. I'm not exaggerating when I say every single print ad is about Verizon, and no other company whatsoever. Verizon must be paying up the nose for all this advertisement. Okay, even more absurd is seeing long, long lines at the local Apple store before the store opens, presumably all waiting to get a piece of the new iPad2. I've seen these long longs a few times in the past week. I truly cannot get exited about any Apple product!

I asked my son the other day to get my charger for me, he said "I thought you had to charge it with lightening?" I responded "I should try it, maybe then I can get good battery life."


PS: I'm actually getting pretty good battery life now. I just need them to fix the camera audio issue and all will be well.
