Thunderbolt Dead Pixel issue

I just got my Thunderbolt 2 days ago and love it but it has a dead pixel right smack dab in the center of the screen. Are there any known fixes for this or should I just get it replaced?

I think I read somewhere awhile ago there was a way to fix this..

I got a thunderbolt and two days later I had a dead pixel. So I replaced it for a new one at verzion. The same day i got my new thuderbolt it had a dead pixel and the vib motor sucks compared to my first one. Seems like shotty parts. I'm going to give it one more try, if the new one fails...iPhone 4.
