Just got a replacement bolt in the mail (I know, big shocker right). Anyway, I got the new phone up and running but forgot to do a factory reset of the old phone prior to removing the 4g sim card. Can I do a factory reset of that old phone without the sim card in it if I replace the battery on turn it back on? Did a quick search but didn't see this addressed. Thanks.

I'm assuming yes I don't see why you would need the sim card to do a reset. For some reason if it doesn't work you may need to replace it.

you don't need a sim card for a factory reset. Without sim card, The phone will power on and is usable less voice and mobile data, though wifi will work
