Thunderbolt lcd defect??

So I just noticed this and have tried it on two tbs: I noticed earlier that while pressing the capacitive search button any more than lightly causes the lcd above it to get the ripply liquid effect. On mine it is so bad that if I even touch near the back button it happens. I have tried this on a secondary tb and it happened on it also. It appears that that entire bottom right corner of the screen is incredibly sensitive, anyone else seeing this?

Not sure if you purchased on the phone. I would call CS and see what they say.
