I recently purchased a Thunderbolt, so far so good.
The only problem I am having is that it will not accept my AOL email address/password combination.
I KNOW 100% that both are correct, I've been using them for years. I think the problem is because I use symbols in my password. I use the keys 1960 but holding shift( on the computer keyboard), which becomes !(^). On the phone whenever I use those symbols it doesnt take. And the symbols do not match up with a regular computer keyboard.
Can anyone help me? I really dont wanna change my password
